Look like Poloniex kept their promise saying by August 14th 2017, everyone whom had Bitcoin (BTC) as balance you would have the same quantity of Bitcoin Cash BCH as your BTC. BTC-E bitcoin exchange new domain?
I used to do trading on btc-e bitcoin exchange before. Using its service for trading Litecoin, Dogecoin, ethereum and other altcoins trade to Bitcoin then to USD wire to my bank before and it was working great.
