What foresee problems we might encounter is timing issue. Example exchange A $10, exchange B $11, so we buy from exchange A and sell on exchange B for $1 profit, however the timing problem could potentially make this likely not to happen as we plan. Exchange B could drop to $10 when the coin get into exchange B from A (timing issue) in this case we loose time, effort, fees, and come out to be a loss.
I don’t know how bot does it, using API and stuff, but still wouldn’t the deposit and withdrawal of the coins take time? or bot only work if we have funds on all of the exchanges, that might work.
