Poloniex US is closing. You must withdraw all of your crypto before December 16, 2019. You will no longer have direct access to your Poloniex US account if you don’t withdraw all of your crypto before December 16. All cryptocurrencies remaining in your account after that date will be traded into and stored as USDC.
You may be subject to a monthly service fee if you don’t withdraw your assets before December 16th.
Assets in dormant accounts may be sent to the account holder’s state, consistent with state regulations for abandoned property. Poloniex US may charge a one-time dormancy fee for these services consistent with applicable regulations. Any fees charged will not exceed your total account balance.
To summarize:
1. Withdraw your crypto assets before December 16th
2. If you don’t, your assets will be traded into and stored as USDC
3. You may also be charged a monthly service fee and/or a one-time dormancy fee
