The easiest hydroponics method that I’ve found out so far that uses less of your time for maintenance and less to no electricity for lighting, is the Kratky method. You can grow in a jar, just add nutrients and pop in the seeds or plants with roots, give it 1-2 inches of roots to open air and wallah it will grow super fast.
