It’s official Verizon Fios ending it’s Reward+ program, you have up to May 30th 2019 to claim your reward, chances are if your reward didn’t reach to the amount where you can redeem you will never be able to redeem because it is ending on May 30th 2019.
Verizon Fios Internet plan is very complicated, they give you super cheap price for the first year and then every year after that the price increase year after the year, and if you call and complaint they may drop the price just a little bit not much, what they do is increase the speed and give you all kind of freebies temporary to make remain interested and eventually the next thing you know is you fall into their strategy and you’re paying higher each year. Some customers may get upset and cancel totally, but the majority didn’t, they continue with Verizon Fios strategy to get you to stay with them and making you pay higher and higher each year.
