Completely locked out of your wordpress wp-admin dashboard? wordfence security

Are you getting the below message when trying to login into your wordpress blog website? And you have Wordfence Security plugin installed? The quick fix is to go into your sql database via phpmyadmin or similar app and delete your admin user password then ftp into your webserver website folder and rename your Wordfence plugin to something else temporary, rename it back when you’re done recovering your password. Go back to login and login type in your admin user name and password blank nothing or the password you change in sql as MD5.
