Update to the Billing Statement Cycle
In November of 2018, we changed our billing statement cycle thinking it would be more beneficial for our clients to receive one statement around the same time each month.
However, we heard your feedback and found that clients want to receive their next monthly statement after their previous monthly payment is made. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time, and this is why we’re making another change – hopefully one you like!
Starting next month, statements will be mailed by the 20th of the month in order to reflect any payments made prior to the end of the grace period, which is the 16th of the month.
