fall Nor’easter is forecasted to hit the East Coast this weekend, bringing heavy rain and strong winds

Verizon is pretty good on communicating with its customers in regard to approaching storm or bad weather coming, to prepare for outage what to do, when it’s down, what to do when it’s up. I think it’s very helpful for this kind of communication for people like people whom relied heavily on the internet reliability.

A fall Nor’easter is forecasted to hit the East Coast this weekend, bringing heavy rain and strong winds. In the event of a power outage, here are some quick tips to get you back up and running once your power is restored.

To fix most issues, unplug your Verizon equipment, and plug it back in.
Didn’t work? You may have to reset your Optical Network Terminal (ONT) by following these instructions.
Still no luck? Access the My Fios app via a mobile device or visit verizon.com/outage for answers to common questions or to submit a repair request.
Stay safe during the storm.
